Hampsfell Property is a development company focused on reinvigorating the property market in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Focused primarily on the South Coast, Hampsfell actively seeks development opportunities primarily in Hampshire, West Sussex, and Wiltshire, but also Surrey, Dorset, Devon, Somerset, and Greater London. We always consider opportunties to work with investors and new ventures further afield.
Founded in 2019, we work with an experienced team of consultants and investors to bring the best opportunities and results to our clients.

Our Team
Sacha Brooks
Sacha is the Founder of Hampsfell with over 16 years of property development experience.
She brings her experience as an integrated communications director with a demonstrated history of working in Defence, Third Sector, Manufacturing and Tech. Skilled in Leadership and Management, Events, Consultancy and Business Development. Her previous work experience includes roles at Jaguar/Land Rover, The Royal Agricultural Society, and BMW/Mini. Her experience with the Royal Navy has seen her in active roles forward deployed around the world.
Sacha earned her BSC (Hons) at the University of Leeds, and her Executive MBA focused in Marketing from the globally top-ranked business school, the University of California, Irvine.
Sacha founded Hampsfell in 2019 because of her passion for residential and commercial property.
John Bolt
John is the co-founder and Business Development Lead for Hampsfell.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts in the USA, John comes from a sales, marketing, and recruiting background with work experience in both the USA and the UK. John is also a former military officer with over twenty years of worldwide service.
John earned his BA from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA, USA, and his MA (Merit) and PhD in history from the University of Portsmouth.
Actively engaged in seeking out new opportunities and clients to expand Hampsfell’s property portfolio, John most enjoys meeting the wide range of people in this exciting industry.
